These terms of sale are concluded between Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) whose registered office is in Brussels, on one hand, and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person who would like to make a purchase on the website of “Mira Soeteman”, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Object

These terms of the sale define the contractual relations between Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made by means of the “Mira Soeteman” website, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. Acquisition of a good or service by means of this site entails unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale by the buyer. These terms of sale will prevail over any other general or special terms not expressly approved by « Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) ».
These terms of sale do not apply to auctions, which are subject to special conditions applicable to the sector. « Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) » reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable terms will be those in force on the date of the order by the purchaser.

Characteristics of goods and services proposed

The products and services offered for sale directly are those listed on the « Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) » website. These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.
As concerns photographs of stamps, the details and colours do not always exactly correspond to reality. We endeavour to be as accurate as possible by using the most detailed scans.
For a full set of stamps for a year, the illustration of the article is not contractual; it is given exclusively as an indication to represent the year in question.

Prices

The prices are given in our offers are in euros, all taxes included, with the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in rates will be reflected in the price of the products or services.
« Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) » reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price indicated on the site at the time of the order will be applicable.
The prices indicated do not include sundry expenses (insurance, postage).
These costs are clearly explained at the time of the order. They are considered fully accepted and cannot be disputed in any way at the time of or after the order.

Orders

The buyer who chooses a product must:

• Fill in the identification form, mentioning his name and address, and if applicable give his client number;
• Validate his order after having verified it;
• Make the payment as stipulated:

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these terms of sale. No other terms of sale will be accepted. All the data provided and the confirmation registered will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation is equivalent to signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out. « Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) » will confirm the order by e-mail.

Payment procedures

The price is payable at the time of order. Payments can be made by bank transfer to our bank account. Any payment in cash sent by post or other means is refused. « Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) » cannot be held liable in this case, even in the case of registered post.
« Mira Soeteman (Mira Bourgoing) » will send an invoice including VAT to any purchaser who so requests.
Any complain has STRICTLY to be expressed within 27 working days delay from the order date and/or the delivery date of the order. This is to respect our duties to our vendors. No exemption will be agreed regarding this rule.

Sendings by post / Deliveries

Postings are made to the address indicated on the order form after the complete payment which has to be done 5 working days maximum after the order. The risks are borned by the buyer as from the time of posting. In the event of damage during carriage, a reasonable complaint must be made with the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery schedules are given as an indication only. If they exceed 30 days as from the order, the sales contract can be canceled and the buyer reimbursed.

Settlement of disputes

These terms of sale are subject to Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels have the jurisdiction.
